From out of the woodwork comes guitar sling and songwriter Ross Kersten, frontman for the Denver greats, THE LaDONNAS, Epitaph / Scooch recording artists, with his new powerhouse THE MOCHINES. The word Mochine is used in the southern part of the U.S.A. to describe a motor vehicle. This suits the band due to their powerful driving sound that is relentless in the pursuit of Powerful High Energy Rock & Roll. "The Mochines joined forces in September 2004, each member determined to become the staple of a rock and roll group and not just another band. This cauldron of record making and international touring consists of Ross Kersten, vocals and guitar, Carl Appels-Riley, lead guitar and vocals, Clive Pearson, bass and Patrick Magee on drums. Kersten moved from the States to South Africa meeting the likes of Appels-Riley and Pearson, both having recently returned home from London in their soaking Converse All-Stars. The trio then recruited, or as they like to say "saved" Magee from the couch potato life of Somerset West. The boys developed a parallel sound of guts mixed with wit, intent on bringing forth the true sounds of liberty, the absolute true essence of rock & roll. The Mochines intend on touring throughout Europe this April. TRACKLISTING: 01. ROCK YOU ALL NIGHT LONG 02. CRY WOLF 03. DOG HOUSE 04. MILES AWAY 05. NIGHT TIME FEELING 06. THE CAGE 07. PALE HORSE 08.
