29294 7" Cold Wave / Dark Wave Factory Out: 1979-01-24 | JOY DIVISION - A FACTORY SAMPLE DOUBLE-SINGLE Original Genuine First press. (Used) Original first pressing and only official version. Released in early 1979. Complete set with: 5 stickers, one for each band and one for factory records (originals have ''FasPrint Permanent,'' ''Crack Back Patented,'' etc. on back of stickers) . 5000 copies pressed First record on Classic factory label with catalogue# FAC-2. The first was a concert poster. Early recordings with Joy Division, Cabaret Voltaire, Durutti Column & John Dowie. Excellent condition on both discs. Vinyls have only the faintest whisp from going in and out of the sleeve a few times. Plays perfect. Foldout Sleeve in superthin ( rice ) paper put in a surrounding original plastic gatefold sleeve. Plastic got wrinkles which inevitable. Therefore pictures looks like the condition of the sleeve is far worse than reality. Some wrinkles in the thin paper as well but this is the way even the best possible copies looks after 40+ years. One very faint cut in plastic and paper of a 3 mm in the down "spine" but hardly visible. The most demanded Factory single. With all parts complete in Excellent condition. 100% genuine. Vinyl have only the faintest whispfrom going in and out of the sleeve a few times and foldout sleeve is really sharp with as good condition a handfolded sleeve can have. This is #1123. Original first pressing vinyl and label is black with silver writings with serrated vinyl around the label and different contours on the label. Beware of fakes. The foldout cover Signed and dedicated "to Alexander" by Anton Corbijn. Matrix number SS 33002. Original two inserts are missing. However we have enclosed two replicas copied from originals. Near perfect condition on both disc. Vinyl have only the faintest whisp from going in and out of the sleeve a few times. Double foldout sleeve in Excellent condition. One pinhole i top right corner. Down left corner slightly bumped and very minor edge wear in the other corners. A really nice piece. Art piece of double gatefold A4 sleeve on the Sordide Sentimental label. Printed on textures paper with ricepaper pocket glued to hold inserts and single. Rice paper is loose. This is the only way to avoid wrinkles of the back sleeve. Signed by Anton Corbijn, just under his iconic picture of Joy Division in the Subway. Anton signed at an exhibition in Copenhagen in 2002 to current owner personally. 100% genuine.
