How does Hot Stuff handle my personal information?
Hot Stuff AB does not disclose any customer information, including email addresses, to any third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
All customer credit card information is held securely with our payment provider, Payer ( one of Swedens leading payment providers ) . No credit card information is held on the premises of Hot Stuff AB
Our third party payment provider, Payer is designed so that Hot Stuff AB doesn't have to hold sensitive information on our site, should anyone gain unauthorised access to their database the information they obtain will not allow them to recover credit card details or other sensitive information.
All steps dealing with payment in our webshop is certified by Verisign and include 3D secure to guarantee safe payment.

How do i make a purchase in the webshop?
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue by following links or using the search tool and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout"
If you wish you can get a username and password. Then you don´t have to type in you details every time you order in the future. After filling in the details and choosing method of payment, your order will be completed including freight costs and you will see the total amount to pay in both SEK, USD and EURO, before confirming the order by clicking "proceed to pay".
To pay my order
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Paypal or you can choose options of paying bank wire etc. If chosing credit card you will be forwarded to our secure payment provider, Payer or if you prefer Paypal you will be forwarded to Paypal´s payment provider. Just follow the instructions.
If chose IBAN / Bankwire you will be contacted in person by our staff, before completing you payment to us
We do not charge for any item (including pre-orders) until it is ready to ship, if you have paid using Credit, Debit Card or Paypal. We do not put any items on back order. Please feel free to make any messages in the "Message"-field. We only charge for items shipped/available. If you wish to get unavailable items, please re-order again.
PLEASE NOTE we are UNABLE to accept payments by cheque, postal Money order etc.
We make every effort to ensure pricing and item details are correct. All products remain the property of Hot Stuff AB until they are paid for in full.
Hot Stuff AB shipment policy means that all goods are despatched as quickly as possible. We follow your order preferences filled in and ship accordingly. One order will not be split in to several shipments unless specially agreed.
Please note that shipping using our Standard Rates, does NOT including a tracking number. We are therefore unable to track your parcel once it has left our premises. A parcel tracking number is only available when you choose Registred Mail. We are unable to track parcels sent by any other delivery method.
Additional rates for Registred Mail:
EEC Countries SEK 75,- ( Approx. EUR 8 ) including VAT.
Rest Of World SEK 60,- ( Approx. EUR 7 / USD 9 ) excluding VAT.
Due to the amount of lost parcels in particular countries, we deeply recommend to ship to the following countries using Registred Mail:
Albania, Algeria, Argentina, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Belarus, Bosnia And Herzegovina, Brazil, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, Georgia, Hungary, India, , Kuwait, Macedonia, Mexico, Morocco, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Romania, Russian Federation, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uruguay.
If living in any of these countries, please note we can not be held responsible for lost shipments unless you specify your order to be sent by registred mail.
